My Main Message
My goal is to show everyone how healthy you can be on a plant based diet, whilst taking care of other important parts of your life like fitness, positivity, mental wellbeing, and much more!
I aim to help people overcome the common misconceptions and concerns surrounding a plant based diet, and help all those interested to achieve their goals. A lot of people see vegans as weak and suffering from malnutrition, when in reality, this just isn't the case and providing you make conscious efforts to include all the important macro and micronutrients in your diet, you can thrive on this type of nutrition.
I'm not here to preach that the vegan diet is the answer to all the world's problems and hate on other diets. I do however strongly believe that if more of us adopt this way of life and focus on being compassionate and valuing all sentient beings, not just humans, then we can truly work towards making this world a better place for the years to come. A combination of optimal health, ethical consideration and a lessened environmental impact is something that I passionately support.
